No, your Konect.ai (now ICOM AI) login credentials will remain the same. Feel free to continue using your current username and password.

2.    Do I need to download a different app?

No, there is no need to download a different application. Simply update your current Konect.ai (now ICOM AI) app when prompted to incorporate the modern design and ensure that you can continue using our services without any additional steps.

3.    Does the portal link stay the same?

No, the ICOM AI (formerly Konect.ai) portal link is now admin.icom.ai and is accessible from the new ICOM AI website (formerly Konect.ai). However, any traffic directed to the old domain will automatically be redirected to the updated domain. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and modernize our online presence.

4.    Is the phone number going to change?

No, ICOM AI (formerly Konect.ai) contact details, including phone numbers, will remain the same. Our commitment to providing uninterrupted service includes maintaining existing contact information for our valued dealer partners.

5.    Do I need to sign a new contract?

No, there is no requirement for you to sign a new contract. This rebranding initiative is a precursor to future enterprise offerings, and we want to assure you that your existing agreements stand.

6.    Will our dealership customers see anything different?

No, your customers will not experience any visible changes in their chat interfaces or messaging. The current rebrand focuses on system design enhancements for future innovations without impacting the user experience.

7.    Is there a need for me to generate new credentials?
