We will re-engage if there hasn't been attempted contact in the CRM for the number of days set by a dealership.

We stop when contact has been made in your CRM or when an appointment is set.

Where do you get your AI data?

From various data sources, like Chrome data and Carfax. We do not scrape the internet for data.

How does ICOM AI assign leads to sales or BDC staff?

We are fully integrated with several CRMs. Your CRM lead assignment setup will determine how ICOM AI assigns staff members. The AI can recognize if the salesperson or BDC agent is changed because of the integration and send any notifications to the newly assigned representative.

How does my team know if ICOM AI is having a conversation with a customer?

We have notifications in place to ensure your staff is always aware of what is transpiring between a customer and ICOM AI.

For example, when a customer engages (replies by text message,) the assigned representative is alerted via a notification.

A separate notification will be sent if a phone or in-store appointment has been created.

10 minutes before any set appointment, both the customer and the assigned representative will receive a reminder text message. There are also separate notifications for the management team such as missed call notifications. These can be customized depending on your dealership's preferences.

Can we provide targeted lists of customers with specific messaging for an outbound campaign?

Yes. ICOM AI can take any customer list and create a custom message that's sent out to those particular customers. This can be done for sales or service. Examples are vehicle acquisition campaigns, declined op code campaigns, and special event campaigns. The sky is the limit.

Can we exclude certain lead sources?

Yes, if there is a particular lead source you don't want ICOM AI to handle let our team know. Credit application leads are an example.

What does integrating with DealerSocket, Elead, VinSolutions, or a similar CRM mean for me?

What happens if the customer calls the phone number from the ICOM AI (formerly Konect.ai) text? Where will that call go?

We can customize this feature on a per-store basis.

Will the customer see multiple phone numbers if both we and ICOM AI (formerly Konect.ai) text them?

Yes, they would. We register numbers with A2P, so the number belongs to the store and not the ICOM AI (formerly Konect.ai) system.

How are we able to text people that have not opted in through text?

We do a full audit on TCPA compliance to make sure all lead providers have opt-in language.

How does this tool not step on my team’s toes?

We stop when a customer has reached a contact status in your CRM or when an appointment is set.
